About Us

Who We Are

Established in 2007 by Michael Coyle, Roofscape Ltd is a professional cladding and roofing contractor based in Enniskillen which now also provides a 3D building design service. As part of this, we work closely with architects right from the beginning of projects, which ensures that any potential design flaws are identified early on. This makes the entire process much more efficient and ultimately offers a more seamless and integrated approach to any project.

At Roofscape Ltd, we work solely with commercial and industrial clients, with previous projects including everything from hospitals, to large retail outlets and educational establishments.

We’re also members of the Institute of Roofing and the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) in Northern Ireland.

We operate throughout the UK and Ireland, collaborating with all of the best local building contractors.

Our Team

Managing Director

Michael Coyle
Managing director

Having graduated with a degree in architecture, Michael began his career at Caroline Dickson Architects in Derry-Londonderry, before moving on to work at Kingspan Insulated Panels in 1988 as a technical salesman. He then travelled to Australia, where he spent five years working in the solar architecture industry, as well as spending time with a building manufacturing company.

After Australia, Michael returned to Northern Ireland, where he took up a position again with Kingspan Insulated Panels, before leaving to work for a number of cladding contractors. In 2007, he then created Roofscape Ltd.

Key skills
With his architectural knowledge and hands-on industry experience over the past 30 years, Michael has a wealth of professional skills which ensures a quality job from Roofscape Ltd every time. Having worked in the cladding business and related industries over the past few decades, Michael has honed his expertise and is experienced in working with various systems and interpreting these.

With excellent communication skills and a great relationship with his clients, Michael has a keen understanding of the building industry and has enjoyed many successful collaborations over the years.

Director

Vivian Coyle –
Director/Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor

Vivian joined Roofscape in 2009 following several years as a trainer with an interest in Health and Well Being at work. Responsible for the implementation and management of Safe-T-Cert Vivian promotes and facilitates a continually developing positive attitude within Roofscape toward Health, Safety and the Environment.

Vivian is a Technical Member of IOSH, Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC).

Design

Eoin O’Shea
PIMSMART Architectural Technologist

Eoin provides an in-house design and consolation service through its partnership with PIMSMART. Having completed his BSc in Architectural Technology in 2012, Eoin has since progressed to one of the leading 2D/3D and BIM design coordinator’s in Ireland and ensures that Roofscape provide the best possible design solutions to its clients.

Quantity Surveyor

Ciaran McCoy –
Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Graduating from the University of Ulster in 2012, Ciaran joined Roofscape in November 2014 to undertake the Estimating, Cost planning, Value engineering and Quantity Surveying.

Key Skills
With a sound knowledge of the construction industry and a keen eye for detail, Ciaran has brought a commercial nous, which has enabled Roofscape to grow and provide a cost effective and efficient service to its range of clients.

Helena Quinn
Accounts Administrator

Joined Roofscape in 2016 as Office/Accounts administrator bringing a wealth of over 30 years clerical experience to include office management, finance and payroll

Having worked in both the public and private sector Construction Industry my extensive knowledge and experience is committed to the smooth running of the company accounts and its processes.
