Roofscape Ltd works exclusively with commercial clients to deliver effective 3D design work along with our roofing and cladding services. Our customers include Northern Ireland’s top building contractors, and projects range from the Lagan Weir Bridge, to the New Waverly project in Edinburgh and National Indoor Arena in Dublin.
Infrastructure
Our expert team at Roofscape Ltd can provide cladding and roofing for schools and other educational establishments. Previously completed projects include the Nicolson Institute in Stornoway, Christ the King Primary School in Omagh, Belfast Metropolitan College and Queen’s School of Law.
Multi Story Residential
We offer professional roofing, cladding and design services for all types of retail spaces, with clients including Tesco, M&S and many more. At Roofscape Ltd, we deliver projects of any size and have years of experience working on large retail units, working efficiently to ensure a quality solution for our clients.
Castleforbes
Castleforbes is part of the urban regeneration project in Dublin’s docklands area housing maisonettes and integrated living/working units.
Roofscape will complete the work in early 2026.
